Workflow Automation

Automate the copy-paste layer of your business

The work that eats your team's week is rarely the hard work. It is moving a lead from a form to a sheet to a CRM to a WhatsApp message to a calendar invite. We wire those steps together once, and your team stops being the integration.

The bottleneck

The tax nobody puts on the P&L

Every tool you add creates a seam, and a person ends up stitching it. A lead arrives in a form, gets typed into the CRM, triggers a manual WhatsApp message, needs a calendar invite, then a follow-up someone has to remember. Each step is small. Together they consume hours a day per team, introduce errors that surface weeks later, and quietly cap how much volume you can handle without hiring.

What we build
  • Map the actual process. Not the documented one. We sit with the people doing the work and trace where data enters, who touches it, and where it stalls.
  • Pick the workflows worth automating. Frequency multiplied by manual minutes multiplied by error cost. We start with the two or three that pay for the whole engagement.
  • Build on n8n, self-hosted or cloud. Open source, no per-task pricing that punishes you for growing, and you own the workflows outright. Nothing is locked inside our account.
  • Wire the systems you already run. CRM, forms, email, calendars, sheets, WhatsApp, telephony, accounting, Slack. We integrate around your stack rather than asking you to replace it.
  • Make failure visible. Retries, error routing, and alerts to Slack or email. A silently broken automation is worse than a manual process, so ours tell you when they break.
What it plugs into

n8n (self-hosted or cloud), HubSpot, Zoho, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business API, Stripe and Razorpay, Slack, Airtable, PostgreSQL.

How Sciquire ships it

Live in under three weeks, not two quarters.

Every deployment follows the same path. We do not sell a demo and disappear. We map the workflow, wire the integrations, and stay on the line while the agent learns from real traffic.

01 / Map

Call audit

We listen to your actual inbound mix and pick the bounded, high-volume intents where an agent wins fastest.

02 / Build

Script and wire

Conversation logic, objection handling, and write-back into your CRM, ATS, AMS, or TMS. No rip-and-replace.

03 / Launch

Live traffic

The agent goes live on real calls with human escalation paths in place from day one. Nothing gets dropped.

04 / Tune

Feedback loop

We watch transcripts, sentiment, and resolution rates, then refine. The agent gets sharper every week.

Questions

Workflow Automation: the questions clients ask first

Why n8n instead of Zapier or Make?

Cost and ownership. n8n can be self-hosted, so pricing does not scale linearly with task volume, and the workflow logic stays in your infrastructure. It also handles branching, custom code, and error handling that no-code tools charge a premium for. Where a client already runs Zapier or Make well, we build there instead.

Do we own the automations you build?

Yes. Workflows are exported and handed over, documented, and run in your own n8n instance or a managed one we set up in your name. There is no scenario where leaving Sciquire means losing your automations.

What if a workflow breaks?

Every workflow ships with retry logic, an error branch, and an alert to a channel your team watches. Support plans cover monitoring and fixes. Silent failure is the specific thing we design against.

How long does a typical automation project take?

A single high-value workflow is usually live in one to two weeks. A connected operations layer spanning CRM, telephony, and messaging typically runs four to six weeks including testing against real data.
