What we do with personal information, in two clearly separated situations: when you deal with us directly, and when we build systems that handle a client's data.
01Who we are and what this notice covers
Sciquire AI Solution LLP ("Sciquire", "we", "us") is an AI automation agency registered in Gujarat, India, with its office at B/1 804, Pramukh Aranya, B/H Midas Square, Magob, Saroli, Surat 395010. Our GSTIN is 24AFPFS7984F1ZA.
This notice explains what we do with personal information in two distinct situations: when you interact with sciquire.com or contact us about our services, and when we build or operate systems on behalf of a client. Those two situations carry very different responsibilities, and section 2 sets out which is which.
02The two roles we play, and why the difference matters
Most of what Sciquire does is build and run systems that handle somebody else's customer data. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and under the GDPR where it applies, that puts us in different legal positions depending on the context.
| Situation | Our role | What governs it |
|---|---|---|
| You visit this website, submit the audit form, use the demos, or email us | Data Fiduciary (controller). We decide why and how your information is used. | This notice |
| We build, configure, or support a system for a client, and that system processes their customers' data | Data Processor. The client decides why and how. We act on their documented instructions. | Our contract and data processing agreement with that client, plus the client's own privacy notice |
| A third-party platform (telephony, messaging, CRM, model provider) processes data inside a client system | That platform is a sub-processor. We do not own or control it. | The platform's own terms and privacy policy, plus the client's agreement with them |
If you spoke to an AI voice agent, used a chat assistant, or received a WhatsApp message from a business that works with us, your relationship is with that business, not with Sciquire. They decide what data is collected and how long it is kept. Contact them first. If you cannot reach them, write to us at [email protected] and we will pass the request on and support them in answering it.
03What we collect on this website
We collect only what we need, and we do not run advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.
When you submit the audit form
- Your name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, and company name
- Your business type and whatever you write in the free-text field about your workflow
We use this to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a first-pass automation plan. Nothing more. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
When you simply browse
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. These are used to keep the site running and secure, and they are retained on a short rolling window by the host.
When you email, call, or message us on WhatsApp
We keep the correspondence and any contact details it contains, so we can pick up the conversation later and meet our record-keeping obligations.
04What the interactive demos do with what you type
The demo section on our home page is worth describing precisely, because the honest answer is better than the assumption.
| Demo | Where your input goes |
|---|---|
| Lead capture | Runs entirely in your browser. Whatever you paste is parsed locally by JavaScript and is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. Close the tab and it is gone. |
| Chat assistant | By default, answers come from a knowledge base bundled into the page and your questions stay in your browser. If we have connected a live backend, your message is sent to our server to generate a reply and is retained only in short-term logs for debugging. |
| Workflow | An animation. It takes no input from you. |
| Voice agent | Text and conversation logic run in your browser. Speech is different and you should know this: if you press "Or speak", your browser's own speech recognition is used. In several browsers, including Chrome, that means the audio is sent to the browser vendor's servers for transcription under their privacy policy, not ours. Sciquire never receives your audio. If you would rather not, use the buttons instead, which work identically. |
05Why we are allowed to use it
Under the DPDP Act we rely on your consent, given when you submit a form or start a conversation with us, and on the legitimate uses the Act permits for responding to a request you have made. Where the GDPR applies, our bases are your consent, the steps necessary before entering a contract, our legitimate interest in running and securing this website, and compliance with legal obligations such as tax and accounting.
You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to [email protected]. That will not affect anything done before you withdrew it, and it will not remove records we are legally required to keep.
06Who else touches this information
We use established third-party services to run our own business. We share the minimum necessary with each, under their terms, and we do not authorise them to use it for their own purposes.
- Website hosting and CDN, for serving these pages and keeping logs
- Email and calendar, for correspondence and scheduling calls
- Form and CRM tooling, for handling enquiries and tracking our own pipeline
- Messaging, where you have chosen to contact us on WhatsApp
- Accounting and payment providers, for invoicing and statutory records
We will disclose information where the law requires it, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights and safety of people. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
07How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become engagements: up to 24 months, then deleted
- Client correspondence and project records: for the life of the engagement plus the period required by Indian tax and company law
- Invoices and statutory financial records: as required by law, currently eight years
- Server logs: short rolling retention set by our host, typically under 30 days
For data we hold as a processor on a client's behalf, retention is whatever their contract with us specifies, and we delete or return it on their instruction or at the end of the engagement.
08Your rights
As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, you may ask us to give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you and what we do with it, correct or complete anything inaccurate, erase data where we no longer have a reason to keep it, and nominate someone to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated. You may also raise a grievance with us and, if unsatisfied, with the Data Protection Board of India.
If the GDPR applies to you, you additionally have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
Write to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first, which protects you as much as us.
10Transfers outside India
Some of the services we use to run our business store data on servers outside India. Where that happens we rely on the transfer mechanisms available to us, including standard contractual clauses where the recipient is in a jurisdiction requiring them, and we transfer only what is necessary.
For client systems, data residency is a design decision we agree with the client before build. Where a client requires data to remain in a specific region, we select platforms and configurations that support it.
11Children
This website and our services are aimed at businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
12Grievances and contact
For any question, request, or complaint about this notice or our handling of personal data, contact our Grievance Officer:

13Changes to this notice
We update this notice when our practices change. The effective date at the top tells you which version you are reading. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to tell you directly rather than relying on you to check.
