AI Consulting
Find out where AI actually pays before you buy anything
Most AI budgets get spent on the most visible problem rather than the most expensive one. We audit how work actually moves through your business, then tell you plainly which three things to automate first and which ones are not worth it yet.
Pilots that never reach production
The common pattern: a team buys a tool, runs a promising pilot, and then discovers the integration work, the exception handling, and the change management that the demo never showed. Six months later the tool is paid for and unused. The gap is almost never the model. It is that nobody mapped the process, defined the escalation path, or picked a workflow bounded enough to actually finish.
- Audit how work moves. Interviews with the people doing the work, plus a look at call recordings, ticket exports, and CRM data. We quantify volume and manual minutes rather than estimating them.
- Score opportunities by return. Each candidate workflow gets sized: volume, time saved, error cost, integration difficulty, and risk. The list comes back ranked, including the items we recommend not doing.
- Recommend the stack honestly. Sometimes the answer is a voice agent. Sometimes it is fixing your CRM hygiene first, or buying an off-the-shelf tool that costs less than anything we would build.
- Cost the rollout. A sequenced plan with build estimates, running costs, integration dependencies, and the metric each phase is supposed to move.
- Hand it over or build it. The roadmap is yours either way. Plenty of clients take it to an internal team, and that is a fine outcome.
Process mapping, call and ticket sampling, CRM data review, build-versus-buy analysis, costed rollout plan.
How Sciquire ships it
Live in under three weeks, not two quarters.
Every deployment follows the same path. We do not sell a demo and disappear. We map the workflow, wire the integrations, and stay on the line while the agent learns from real traffic.
Call audit
We listen to your actual inbound mix and pick the bounded, high-volume intents where an agent wins fastest.
Script and wire
Conversation logic, objection handling, and write-back into your CRM, ATS, AMS, or TMS. No rip-and-replace.
Live traffic
The agent goes live on real calls with human escalation paths in place from day one. Nothing gets dropped.
Feedback loop
We watch transcripts, sentiment, and resolution rates, then refine. The agent gets sharper every week.
Sector playbooks
AI Consulting configured for your industry.
The intake questions, escalation rules, and integrations change with the sector. Pick the closest fit.
Clinics
Clinic phones peak exactly when the waiting room is full.
Real Estate
Portal leads go cold in minutes and most of them are unqualified anyway.
Ecommerce
Support volume in ecommerce is overwhelmingly the same four questions.
Agencies
Agency margin leaks through unbillable hours: qualifying leads that were never a fit, chasing onboarding documents, assembling the same report every month.
Startups
Early-stage teams do not have a process problem, they have a headcount problem.
Questions
AI Consulting: the questions clients ask first
What do we actually receive?
A written audit covering current-state process maps, a ranked opportunity list with sizing, recommended tooling with build-versus-buy reasoning, a phased rollout plan with cost estimates, and the success metric for each phase.
Do we have to build with Sciquire afterwards?
No. The roadmap is a standalone deliverable. If your internal team is better placed to build it, or an off-the-shelf product covers it, the audit says so.
How much of our team's time does the audit need?
Roughly four to six hours in total across interviews, spread over two weeks, plus read-only access to the data we need to size volume: call logs, ticket exports, or CRM reports.

AI Voice Agents
Your phone line is the highest-intent channel you own and the easiest one to lose.
AI Chatbots
A chatbot that answers three questions and then says contact us is worse than no chatbot.
Workflow Automation
The work that eats your team's week is rarely the hard work.
