2. General Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for:
Services that have already been initiated, delivered, or partially completed
Subscription-based or retainer services once the cycle has started
Delays caused by client-side inaction or unresponsiveness
3. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
Duplicate Payment: If a customer is charged more than once for the same service
Service Not Rendered: If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service and no work has been initiated
Mutual Agreement: A refund may be provided if both parties agree to terminate the project before commencement and funds have not been used
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment and a written explanation.
